(RBFC) where it is our mission to minister holistic by destroying religious strongholds while utilizing realistic,practical methods to mend and restore order to families in this new millennium. Pastors Bishop. Larry and  Dr. Sharon Cook want to reconnect the church and the community.

The connection has been disjoined over time due to poor communication. It is their goal to provide emotional, spiritual and financial support systems to the local community.They want to provide resources for housing, daycare, jobs and help the members of the community become self-sufficient. They believe that members of the community should be educated in the purpose of the political process.

To reach the men in our community, colleges, and those who are incarcerated to restore their identity, role and true nature in Christ Jesus with excellence. Teach and preach the full gospel ministering to them spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically, and financially. Introduce the redeemed man to our women and children, restoring the role of the man to the family thus healing our community.

We will subdue through sound biblical teaching and instruction with spiritual aggression (Matthew 11:12) and the pulling down of strong holds with prayer and fasting, while doggedly pressing forward with the spirit of excellence and with sound wisdom and understanding, taking dominion through the ministries of 5000 men.
